I cannot say enough good things about the absolutely fabulous meal you catered for our recent Scottish Ceilidh – an event to benefit Ouachita Children’s Center. Because it was a very specific themed event of traditional Scottish food and dance, we needed food as authentic as possible. WOW! Did you deliver!
You researched what we needed to make our Ceilidh memorable and prepared a fantastic feast of Scottish meat stew, rumbledthump – a unique dish of mashed potatoes, sautéed cabbage, and cheese, heather honey drizzled roasted carrots, and delicious dessert of cranachan – fresh berries mixed with scotch whisky, honey, layered with cream, topped with oats, and accompanied with homemade shortbread.
We had worked so hard to create a unique program and atmosphere, and it was made absolutely perfect by the food you prepared and served. Your staff were wonderful to work with and the compliments continue to pour in about the meal.

We wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the wonderful catering you did for our Labor Day wedding party event. We could not be more pleased with the fantastic food and your service. We had guests attending that do catering in the Shreveport area and they could not quit talking about the quality of the food and the exceptional organization and workflow of your event. They were actually trying to deconstruct some of the menu items so that they figure out how to make them and could use them in their own catering business. More than one of our guests commented that they had never been to an event where the food was catered from outside and it tasted so good. We will definitely be stopping by your restaurant to have more of the things we loved and want to try again! We especially loved the sliders, wrapped dates, crab cakes and carrot cake balls. It was all very tasty and we had zero leftovers!
